Online orders
For online orders, the simplest way to get a different size or colour is to return the original item (within the 14-day withdrawal period) and place a new order for the item you want. This makes sure you get the right product as quickly as possible. Start the return on our returns page, and see "How do I return an item?" for the steps.
In our physical store (Nova Gorica)
In our physical store we offer an exchange or a credit note within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, undamaged, in original packaging, textiles and footwear still have their tags, and items delivered in parts (for example strollers, high chairs, furniture) have not been assembled. Please bring your invoice or order number. In the physical store we issue a credit note (gift card or member-card credit), redeemable in the store. Hygiene-exception items, personalised items and made-to-order items cannot be exchanged.
