The carrier that delivers your order depends on your delivery country:
- Slovenia: GLS, Pošta Slovenije or DPD
- Croatia: GLS or DPD
- Italy: GLS or BRT (Bartolini)
- United States: FedEx
- Other countries: GLS or DPD
Your dispatch email and tracking link will show the specific carrier for your parcel. Tracking becomes active once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, so it may take a few hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear.
