To be eligible for a return, an item must be:
- unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, in unchanged quantity,
- not worn, washed or otherwise adapted to personal needs.
If an item is used, damaged, or returned with missing packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods that results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Your return parcel must include:
- the item in its original condition and packaging, and
- a copy of the invoice or your order number.
