A preorder lets you reserve an item that is currently out of stock or not yet released.
- When you preorder, we may charge a free reservation or a partial deposit; your payment details are stored securely.
- Once the item is in stock, we fulfil your order and charge the remaining or full amount, then dispatch it.
- The product page shows the expected availability where known.
- You can cancel a preorder any time before it is dispatched. Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a refund or partial refund in line with our refund policy.
To check the expected arrival of a preordered item, reply with your order number.
